Jill McLaggan (Napiers) – Therapeutic Massage, Deep Tissue , Sports Massage and CranioSacral
Jill has been working to help people improve their wellbeing since 1993, firstly as a fitness instructor then personal training and subsequently as a massage therapist. She is qualified in therapeutic, deep tissue and sports massage. Indian Head and Hot Stone Massage and CranioSacral Therapy and has been a massage therapist for the last 11 years.
At the show she will be offering 15-20mins taster sessions in Indian Head and seated upper back and neck massages. Cost £10.
Roy Mulholland (Napiers) – Shiatsu
Sensei Roy Mulholland works as an Iridologist, Shiatsu Practitioner and Chi Kung teacher. He has been called a Barefoot Doctor and specializes in a form of shiatsu called Barefoot Shiatsu. His skills were honed at the world’s top spas and clinics treating dancers and professional athletes and has been awarded the accolade by Conde’ Nast as one of the top shiatsu therapists in the world, featured on Nationwide TV and in the Sunday Independent. Roy’s Shiatsu is based on Chi Kung and Chinese Medicine, the 'Tai Chi of bodywork'. Shiatsu means 'the healing power of the fingers'.
At the show he will be offering Methodology or Shiatsu taster session for 15 – 20mins. Cost £10.00.
He is also offering an introductory hour treatment for £40.00 at his clinic.
Lisa Beveridge (Napiers) - Reflexology
Lisa graduated from Edinburgh's Napier University with a Distinction in Reflexology. She won the University prize within her programme of study for outstanding achievements. Lisa continues to further her knowledge and skills in this field and also specialises in Maternity Reflexology. Lisa believes that Reflexology can benefit everyone as it is a holistic non-invasive therapy based on the principle that the hands and feet represent an entire map of the body. Reflexology removes toxins, restores balance, promotes better circulation, strengthens the immune and lymphatic systems and is particularly useful in helping conditions such as M.E, IBS, hormonal imbalances, respiratory problems, sleep disorders, headaches; stress related conditions, oedema as well as many minor ailments of pregnancy. Treatment lasts one hour in Napiers, normal cost is £40 although Lisa is doing a half price introductory offer.

Edinburgh Fertility Clinic
The Natural Fertility Centre is Scotland's first and only integrated and complementary clinic offering specialist advice and treatment on all matters concerning fertility. Combining Nutrition, Acupuncture, Herbal Medicine, Conception Coaching and Hypnotherapy, our aim is to optimise a couple's reproductive health to achieve the best possible chance of conceiving. We also have close links with IVF clinics in Edinburgh and Glasgow and work to support couples going through IVF or other Assisted Reproductive Techniques. For couples who want to know more, we will be giving a talk about our work on Saturday 12th June and will be available throughout the weekend to answer questions.
Caroline Madden BA BTAA ITEC – Bowen Technique and Indian Head Massage
Caroline qualified in 2005 through the Bowen Association UK and is an experienced practitioner in Bowen Technique and Indian Head Massage. She runs established clinics at Napiers and regularly attends specialist courses such as Mother & Baby Bowen, Working with Back Pain and Assessment Skills. Her experience includes addressing conditions such as stress, headaches, frozen shoulder, post viral fatigue, sciatica, hamstring and knee injuries, menstrual problems, hay fever, asthma and back pain (including pregnancy related).
Bowen effectively balances the body, aids postural realignment and releases muscular tension through gentle moves across muscles, tendons and ligaments. Indian Head Massage is a deeply relaxing therapy beneficial for headaches, congestion, stress / anxiety and upper body muscular tensions.

Robin & Andrea St. Claire – Alexander Technique Teaching
Robin & Andrea are both fully qualified Alexander Technique Teachers, with almost 20 years of teaching experience apiece. They have worked with Napiers since 1993. The taster sessions on offer at the show are a lively, fun way to start to explore learning the Technique, and to help someone see how they could benefit from using the Technique in their everyday lives.
Robin & Andrea will be giving short 'taster' Alexander Technique lessons, each lasting 15 minutes and costing £5.
Dawn Leuchars – Colonic Hydrotherapy
Nurse Dawn Leuchars has several years experience with Colonic Hydrotherapy. Colonics helps symptoms of IBS, bloating, gas, constipation, Candida, Mucous, Toxins. Improves lethargy, skin, headaches and used to DETOX. Warm water is gently flushed in to the colon loosening old faecal matter and gas. ‘ Plaque’ can build on the colon wall, thickening, causing reduced bowel function. Jessica Weatherall is an Osteopath, a hand on treatment aiming for whole body health. Lynn Bennett – Osteopathy & Cranial Osteopathy
Lynn graduated in 1991 and provides the holistic therapy of osteopathy and cranial sacral osteopathy in order to treat ailments related to the skeletal, muscular and joint structure, as well as the underlying cause. Richard Blair M.R.S.S. (T) - Shiatsu
Richard has been in practice since 1991 and is registered with the Shiatsu Society as a teacher and Practitioner. More recently becoming a voluntary member of the CNHC. Richard taught night classes for 10 years and for the Edinburgh School of Shiatsu. He uses a variety of energetic styles in his treatment both the more physical, stronger techniques and the lighter emotive ones. The Shiatsu treatment is different for each individual, depending on their energetic imbalance and requirements. It is helpful for a broad variety of conditions from Stress through to emotional issues and physical trauma through to general lethargy. Julie has been working in herbal medicine for 15 years and has been practising as a herbalist for ten years. She is also a registered Bach Flower Practitioner. Shona Hamilton - Food Sensitivity Testing
Shona has worked at Napier’s for over 15 years where she has gained a wealth of knowledge about various complimentary therapies although. She trained as a Food Sensitivity tester with The Health Partnership Company, where she was taught how to use the 3 point marker system.
The system Shona uses is quite unique as it looks at different factors which can determine your choice of foods to eliminate. She considers each individual’s life style to ensure the goals set are achievable. You will be given a helpful booklet which can assist you through the elimination diet and any other dietary changes.
At the show, Shona and her colleague will be available to give advice about the tests and if it would be suitable for you. The test can take over an hour and to allow you to get a thorough one to one treatment she will give you a voucher to receive a discount off an appointment with her at Napiers.

Fiona is a Medical Herbalist running Napiers Whole Family Clinics and Herbal Home Visit Service, with a passion for natural healthcare and a particular interest in preventative health, stress, and family healthcare. Quintus Farrell ( Licentiate in Acupuncture - LicAc )
Quintus Farrell has been practising acupuncture since 1996. He studied at the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine in Reading, Berkshire. Quintus also spent time in China in the city of Hangzhou at the Zhejiang College of Chinese Medicine studying Acupuncture and related subjects. Quintus has practised in London, Edinburgh, Hawick and Peebles, and has worked for voluntary groups as an acupuncturist, such as LGBT, Body Positive and the Depression Alliance.
